Our company makes all shipments by FedEx overnight priority only.

The Caviar products will be ship within the USA.

The company policy

1. The shipments are available from Monday to Thursday. The fee is $ 36.00.

2. For Saturday delivery there is $15.00 additional. For the order on Saturday,
    select  "Zone Shiping United States: $51.00".

3. The shipment product is fully insured for damage or loss.

4. Please place the orders not later then 3:00 PM, Eastern Standard Time.

5. The company does not have any responsibility for recipient's incorrect address 
    or/and telephone number. 

6. We ship our products packed in ice packs. After receiving the product it
    has to be immediately refrigerated.     

7. Free shipping on all orders over $300.00.

Return Policy

We replace the product or issue the credit only if there is an issue with quality or damage.

A Return Authorization should be obtain  whithin 24 hours after receipt of the product. 

The company will make arrangements for the return shipment.
